At noon on August 2nd, the Red Cross was located in Ajun Guest House in the central city, and the hall and box were empty, but the kitchen was busy. The staff are wearing masks and gloves, some are cooking by the flaming stove, and some are packing meals and watermelons in an orderly way. On the packing box, the staff also carefully posted warm-hearted post-it notes such as "The epidemic is ruthless, there is love in the world, I am proud of you" and "Thank you for protecting us and making us safe at home". At 11: 11, 151 love meals were transported by special car to Platinum Hangong Community. At 11: 31, the staff who stood here ate delicious meals one after another.
First, the incoming goods are strictly controlled, and the food raw materials are inspected and disinfected outside the camp. Delivery personnel are required to strictly implement the system of wearing masks, gloves and detecting body temperature, and do a good job in unit protection.
Second, strictly control the separate meals, set up a one-meter separate dining area in the canteen, and eat in the same direction at different peaks to minimize the contact between people.
Third, the food inspection detention system should be strictly implemented, with no less than 111 grams of samples for each type of food in each meal and refrigerated at constant temperature for more than 48 hours, so as to ensure that the source of the food can be followed.
Fourth, strictly control the hygiene, clean and disinfect the dining room and the operation room twice a day, and make sure that the tableware and chopsticks are used once, cleaned once and sterilized once, so as to keep the air circulation in the dining room, treat kitchen garbage and waste scientifically and ensure food safety.
