Article 2 The provisions of the bagging management of household garbage, refers to the management of household garbage (including business and social welfare activities generated by the garbage) into garbage bags, centralized collection and transportation. (c) Failure to collect and transport bagged domestic garbage in accordance with the provisions of this regulation, the unit and the management department of the public **** place, a fine of not less than 200 yuan but not more than 1,000 yuan.
