I voted for several interested companies, and they all replied to me, but they all failed because of lack of relevant experience. This period of time was relatively calm. I found that there were still job opportunities, and I didn't think the epidemic had much impact on finding a job.
I received an interview invitation in June and began to find that the situation was not optimistic. First, the recruitment platform "failed", and 99% of the deliveries were not answered, which was completely different from my last job search, indicating that the company became very cautious in recruiting people (I finally found a job through my friend's internal promotion, and my friend's situation was similar). Secondly, I interviewed two companies and failed, which was a bit unexpected, because I felt that the job requirements were not high.
At this time, I began to feel a little anxious. I found that the epidemic had a great impact on employment, and how long I could find a job was completely uncertain. I changed my strategy and began to invest in Shanghai, a recruitment platform, regardless of the position.
In July, I was looking for a job for almost three months, and there was no interview. I really panicked. Although I comfort myself every day that "if I can't find a job, I will study at home" and "this is also a valuable experience", why do I have financial pressure? I'm not full, so I can't keep calm.

1, recognize the reality: it's really not easy to find a job this year.

Therefore, on the one hand, there are fewer employment opportunities than in previous years, and on the other hand, there are many people who want to find jobs. More than 8 million college students will graduate this year. There are fewer job opportunities than in previous years, and it is difficult to find a job. It is normal for some people not to find a job. This year is a special case, and external reasons are the main reasons. You don't have to feel that you have problems and blame yourself every day.
Although it is said that it is difficult to find a job during the epidemic, I found that many friends still quit, and some companies can't recruit people, which is really strange. . .
2, a strong heart: calmly face rejection.
It is normal to be rejected. The big boss grew up in Xiaobai. "Being abused" is a necessary process of growth. Some were rejected, but it was actually the recruiter's problem. They call people for an interview without reading their resumes carefully. Even hr invited someone to ask a question and let it go, presumably to complete KPI. This kind of person is quite hateful.
Be strong inside and don't take "rejection" seriously: I am a hero, so I won't be easily defeated by you.

If there are vacant positions in the enterprise, it is the best way to find friends to promote them. If hr thinks the resume is good, it will usually contact you for an interview on the same day, with a high success rate. I submitted the resumes of these jobs on the recruitment website, but I didn't reply, and then asked my friends to push the interviews I got. So be sure to pay attention to the accumulation of contacts!
Secondly, paying attention to the official WeChat account of the enterprise indicates that if the official WeChat account sends a recruitment article, it generally means that these positions are really short of people. As long as you submit your resume, whether it is appropriate or not, the other party will generally reply to you.
The worst way is to recruit an app. At first glance, there are quite a lot of job opportunities, but I have put in many positions, and most of them don't reply at all. The effect is particularly poor! Later, I learned that some positions are not in a hurry to recruit people at all, just hanging on them to receive resumes.
2. "package" your resume.
Don't make a fake resume, but customize a resume according to the position you want to apply for, highlighting the experience related to the position.
I suffered a big loss when I first submitted my resume. The experience is very real, but it just makes people feel that there is no connection between jobs. As a result, my resume was brushed off. Later, I screened my own experience, only showing the experience related to the target position, and then I accepted several interviews.
3. Preparation for the interview
After your resume, the interview is actually relatively easy, but you should also be fully prepared.
First, investigate the company background. In fact, there are some bad companies on the recruitment platform, such as squeezing employees. I actually interviewed one, and I almost got angry with HR. Search the company name on Baidu to see if there are many negative comments on Baidu Post Bar and Zhihu. The one I interviewed had a lot of negative comments on Zhihu.
Secondly, practice the common questions in the interview in advance. I wrote down all the common questions in the interview and prepared the corresponding answers. Read it several times before the interview, and you are not afraid of being held steady at all.

4. Accept the offer and make a choice.
Most people have a hard time choosing. In this special period of the epidemic, it is often you who are chosen to work, not you who choose to work.
There are two ways to receive an offer. First, only one offer has been received for the time being, and hr wants you to decide whether to accept it before a certain point in time. If there is not too much pressure for the time being and you expect some better opportunities, you can wait. During the epidemic, please assess the risks, and you can appropriately reduce your expectations for work. Second, there are already 2-3 offers in hand, and you have to decide which offer to accept finally. The main reason why many people find it difficult to choose is that each offer has advantages and disadvantages. My method is to list my most important aspects and rank them: whether they conform to career planning, team culture, income, etc. And then see which offer best meets your expectations.
The process of applying for a job is really training: you need to be able to package yourself, deal with all kinds of "problems" of the interviewer, have a way to prove your ability and have some real strength.
