1. Connect the wheel to the motor with a heat shrink tube. Cut a section of heat shrinkable tube slightly longer than the wheel, shrink it with a lighter or soldering iron and fix it on the wheel. You may need to use multi-layer casing to increase the diameter to make a "tire".
Connect the switch to the back of the battery box. Connect the switch to the plane behind the battery box. You can also see the end of the wire here. Place the switch in the corner at a certain angle, so that the bar-shaped metal bar at its far end contacts the center line of the equipment and is connected with the equipment.
2. Place the metal plate. Place a 2.5cm× 7.6cm aluminum sheet in the center behind the switch, and then bend its edge at a 45-degree angle. Glue it firmly with hot melt adhesive. Don't move it until it is completely fixed.
Connect the motor to the metal wing. Fix the motor on the bent part of the metal sheet with hot melt adhesive, and let the "tire" touch the ground. You need to pay attention to the power sign marked on the motor, because the direction of the tire needs to be opposite to the direction marked. In which one motor is "inverted" with respect to the other motor.
3. Be the rear wheel. Robots need to be equipped with rear wheels in order to move smoothly. You need to make a large paper clip into the shape of a spaceship or a house, and put a medium-sized round bead on it. Put it in the opposite direction of the protruding wire, and then fix the end of the paper clip with the side of the battery box with hot melt adhesive.
Welding robot. You need a soldering iron to weld the wires connected between the parts of the robot. The welding work needs great care, because the correct connection must be ensured.
Making tentacles for robots. Remove the rubber or plastic from the end of the shovel connector, unfold two paper clips (until they are shaped like insect tentacles), and then connect the shovel connector with the tentacles with heat shrinkable tubes.
4. Connect the antenna to the switch. Connect the antenna to the switch with a shovel connector and glue. Glue is optional (it should be able to clamp).
After the battery was installed, the robot started. The robot will move on the ground like the sweeping robot Roomba. It just can't clean the floor. Congratulations, now maybe you should try to teach it the three laws of robots.
Robot is an intelligent machine that can work semi-automatically or fully automatically. Robots can perform tasks such as work or movement through programming and automatic control.
