Hitachi Elevator's "energy saving+energy regeneration" products-HEP energy regeneration passenger elevator and HX new generation escalator, put forward updated environmental protection ideas for this exhibition.

HEP can convert the mechanical energy generated by elevator movement into high-purity electric energy when the elevator is descending under heavy load or ascending under light load, and send it back to the power grid for other elevators or electrical equipment under the same power grid nearby.

another main product, Hitachi HX new generation escalator, is the first in the industry to create a new integrated concept, which makes the combined assembly of escalators meet the dual needs of precision and efficiency, and saves energy obviously. The new generation of 32-bit microcomputer processing system is small in size and high in integration, and its running speed is more than 21 times that of ordinary 8-bit microcomputer, which greatly improves the energy-saving effect. In addition, HX uses advanced frequency conversion technology, which can reduce energy consumption by 11% ~ 41%. The optimized design of the main engine and transmission system greatly reduces the energy consumption by 25%.

different from HEP, the biggest feature of Hitachi HX is "upstream energy saving and downstream power generation", that is, "energy saving+regeneration". When the escalator goes up, the control system can detect the passenger flow in real time through VLR technology patented by Hitachi, and optimize the output power of the escalator < P > through vector calculation, so as to achieve high efficiency and energy saving in the whole process, and the energy saving effect can be as high as 31%. When the escalator goes down, the regenerated energy of the escalator is safely returned to the power grid for use by other equipment in the building through Hitachi's unique energy regeneration technology and PLL switching technology.

Hitachi's "behavior identity" is equipped with the world's leading "normal behavior learning system" and "abnormal behavior detection technology". Through Hitachi's unique portrait recognition technology, "Smart behavior identity" can effectively monitor behaviors and criminal behaviors that have adverse effects during elevator operation, and make targeted responses, just like an ever-present "elevator safety guard". For example, when intimidation, violence, and violent movements that cause an abnormal state of the elevator are detected, the elevator will first give a voice reminder. If the behavior continues, the elevator will automatically stop at the nearest floor, and at the same time send an alarm signal to inform the elevator management.

Contrary to the violence detection function mentioned above, this function will respond to the state that passengers have not exercised for a long time. For example, if a passenger fails to move due to sudden illness or abnormal physical condition, after a certain period of time, the elevator will call the passenger by voice and give an alarm to inform the elevator manager, and then automatically run to the floor preset by the system (such as the floor where the manager is located), open the elevator door and stand by. As a result, passengers have a higher chance of getting timely rescue.
