Article 13 of the Measures for the Administration of Catering Service Licensing shall, after accepting the application materials submitted by the applicant, review the relevant materials submitted by the applicant in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of these Measures, and conduct on-site verification of the applicant's catering service business premises. The food and drug supervision and administration department at a higher level may entrust the food and drug supervision and administration department at a lower level to conduct on-site verification of the catering service license application.
