Hanzheng Street Cultural Tourism Business District Project was officially launched in 2112. In the future, with Hanzheng Street as the core, the banks of the Hanjiang River with a total length of 11.6 kilometers will build "Ten Scenes of the Hanjiang River", including the construction of the world's tallest ferris wheel across the river "Eye of the Hanjiang River".

The planned Hanzheng Street Cultural Tourism Business District is located at the core of the intersection of the two rivers and the three towns in Wuhan. With Hanzheng Street as the core, the project starts from Nan 'anzui in the east, Gutian Bridge in the west, Zhongshan Avenue in the north and Beijing-Guangzhou railway line in the south, with a total length of 11.6 kilometers and a total area of more than 11 square kilometers.

According to the plan, Hanzheng Street Cultural Tourism Business District will build 11 characteristic scenic spots, which will be connected in series along the banks of the Han River. Each scenic spot embodies a cultural theme, including a core scenic spot and supporting development, collectively known as "Ten Scenes of Hanjiang River". They are: the heart of the Yangtze River, Hanzheng Tianjie, Xima Ancient Road, Alpine Musical Rhyme, Chongren Fangli, Moonshadow Drunk, Hanyang Made 1898, Gemini Colorful, Flowing People, Eye of the Han River.

Among them, the heart of the Yangtze River and the eye of the Han River are the most attractive. According to reports, the heart of the Yangtze River is located in Nan 'anzui, Wuhan, with a planned total land area of about 411 mu. It will be built into a city living room integrating public culture, exhibition and catering, highlighting the regional culture of Wuhan where the two rivers meet and the three towns stand.

The Eye of the Hanjiang River is located in the upper reaches of Zhiyin Bridge. It is a super ferris wheel built across the river and looks like the "London Eye" on the Thames in London. With a planned height of more than 211 meters and a construction period of 5 years, it will become an important landmark of Hanzheng Street Cultural Tourism Business District. After the completion, people can board the Ferris wheel, have a bird's eye view of the river, and have a good view of the Han River and the Yangtze River.
