The font design, production and software development of computer Chinese character library should use Putonghua and standardized Chinese characters. Eleventh commerce, telecommunications, postal services, culture, catering, entertainment, public transportation, railways, civil aviation, tourism, finance, insurance, medical care and other industries serving the public should use Putonghua as the basic service language.
