Male, Han nationality, born in August 1982, Xinhua County, Hunan. Chinese culinary master, Hunan cuisine cooking skills master, Hunan Food and Drug Supervision Association director, Hunan Catering Industry Association director, is now the principal of Hunan Changsha Red Star Pengfei Chef Vocational Training School.
He not only inherited the fine tradition of careful operation and each with its own flavor, but also continuously improved and innovated. Zeng Pengfei accumulates the experience of his predecessors bit by bit, gradually blends the strengths of each family, enriches and develops the varieties of Hunan cuisine, and forms his own unique style in production. In nearly 20 years of culinary career, he worked hard and made great achievements, becoming a famous Hunan cuisine master in Changsha, and pushing the traditional characteristics of Hunan cuisine to a new height.
Since 1998, he has participated in the catering work, successively in Loudi Lengshuijiang Crystal Palace Chinese and Western restaurant, Lengshuijiang Bonier International Hotel chef, 2007-2009 in Changsha University of Science and Technology to open Chinese and Western restaurant, 2013, founded the fragrant spray catering management limited company, 2016, Changsha People's Government issued by the qualification of the private non-enterprise units, the establishment of Changsha City Red Star Pengfei Chef Vocational Training School, and served as a director of Hunan Food and Drug Supervision Association and Hunan Catering Industry Association.

Being bold in practice and innovation in his work, in order to improve and perfect his technical and teaching skills, he took the graduation certificate of Beijing Economic and Technical Training Institute in July 2006, obtained the qualification certificate of junior secondary school teacher issued by the education administration in July 2007, and was awarded the Hunan Cuisine Culinary Skill Master Certificate issued by Changsha Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in September 2015 Qualification Certificate.
In 2010, he participated in China BEST50 Star Chef Competition organized by Food & Wine Magazine and won the Gold Award in Changsha Station;
In August 2012, he was awarded the Champion of Hunan Changsha King of Cookery Competition;
In June 2013, he was awarded the Champion of "I am the God of Eating" hosted by Chengdu Guiyi Food Development Co. "Ltd. in Chengdu, China;
In August 2014, it was awarded the Best Creativity Award in China Hunan Cuisine Culinary Competition - Garden Hotel Chef Operation Skills Competition, and the Best Characteristic Innovation Award in China Jumbo Wheel Cup Dry Pot Series Competition;
In December 2015, it was awarded the First Prize in Hunan Delicious Cup of China Hunan Cuisine Culinary Competition, and it was also awarded the The "Best Taste" award for Sauce Plate Duck Series, and the Gold Award for Marinated Vegetables Series in Sichuan Tianfu Cuisine Cup Culinary Arts Competition;
