Entry into Fuzhou

1. Entry personnel:

Entry through the port of our province will be subject to centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days. After the centralized isolation medical observation is lifted, the entry personnel whose destination is Fuzhou will continue to be subject to home health monitoring for 3 days after point-to-point pick-up to their destination; Inbound personnel whose destination is outside Fuzhou shall be sent to the return transportation point by point, and shall not stay in Fuzhou.

A nucleic acid test should be conducted at the time of entry, and on the 1th, 2nd, 3rd, 5th and 7th day of centralized isolation. On the 7th day, human, biological and environmental samples should be collected at the same time, and the medical observation of centralized isolation can only be released if the test results are negative. On the third day of home health monitoring, a nucleic acid test was conducted, and the home health monitoring can only be released if the test result is negative.

Those who have been quarantined at Fujian's foreign ports for 7 days and return to Fuzhou within 11 days after their entry, will still be subject to home health monitoring until 11 days, and a nucleic acid test will be conducted before they are released from home health monitoring.

2. People entering (returning to) Ficus carica in high-risk areas:

Centralized isolation medical observation was carried out for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection was carried out on the 1 th, 2 nd, 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th days of medical observation, and the medical observation could be terminated only if the test results were negative. The management period starts from leaving the risk area.

III. Persons entering (returning to) Ficus microcarpa in the middle-risk area:

Medical observation shall be conducted in isolation at home for 7 days, and nucleic acid detection shall be conducted on the 1 th, 4 th and 7 th days of medical observation, and the medical observation shall be terminated only if the test results are negative. Those who do not meet the conditions of home isolation medical observation need centralized isolation medical observation. The management period starts from leaving the risk area.

4. Persons who enter (return to) Ficus microcarpa in other areas (low-risk areas) in counties (cities, districts and banners) where the middle and high-risk areas are located:

Those who enter (return to) Ficus microcarpa with negative nucleic acid certificates within 48 hours, complete two nucleic acid tests within 3 days after entering Ficus microcarpa, and do a good job in health monitoring, and can be released only if the test results are negative.

5. Persons entering (returning to) Ficus microcarpa in land border port cities outside the province (except those connected with ports in Hong Kong and Macao):

Persons entering (returning to) Ficus microcarpa with negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours.

six, designated hospitals, centralized isolation points, imported cold-chain food practitioners and other people who are engaged in closed-loop management of high-risk posts:

After leaving their jobs, they need to undergo centralized or isolated medical observation at home for 7 days, and conduct nucleic acid testing at the 1 th, 4 th and 7 th days respectively. Before going out, you should report to the local community, village (neighborhood) committee or unit, and you must leave your job for more than 7 days and travel in an orderly manner with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours.

VII. People who have entered (returned to) Ficus microcarpa in other areas: the health code is green, the body temperature is normal, and they can flow in our city in an orderly manner on the premise of personal protection.

The above regulations come from the "Fuzhou Travel Epidemic Prevention Policy (Eighth Edition)" issued by emergency headquarters on June 31th, Fuzhou.

(1) It is not necessary to leave the banyan tree, and all the people who really need to leave the banyan tree during the nucleic acid period must hold a 24-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate.

(2) All kinds of organs, enterprises and institutions, public places, construction sites, factories, etc. in the city strictly check the negative certificates of nucleic acid testing within 24 hours. All kinds of public places must post the place code in a conspicuous position at the entrance, and those who enter must take the initiative to scan the place code. All kinds of places should arrange special personnel to carefully check the information such as the "code scanning pass" and the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours, so as to ensure that every entry must be scanned, every scan must be checked, and no one is missed. Those who fail to implement it are not allowed to open or operate.

(3) The residents' quarters strictly check the negative proof of nucleic acid test within 24 hours.
