On June 28th, Chuzhou Environmental Protection Bureau publicized the reply to the environmental impact report form of Chuzhou Longji Le Ye Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd.' s annual output of 5GW single crystal module project, indicating that it agreed with the conclusions of the report form in principle. The project is located at the intersection of Chuzhou Avenue and Huai 'an Road in Chuzhou Economic Development Zone. Lease two existing factories and new factories and supporting facilities, with a total investment of 226,654,380+0.86 million yuan to build a single crystal assembly production line project. Upon completion, it will produce 5GW single crystal modules every year. Our bureau agrees that the project shall be constructed according to the nature, scale, location, environmental protection measures and the following requirements of the construction projects listed in the report.

According to the announcement, in the process of project design and implementation, we should focus on the following work:

1. The company shall earnestly implement the requirements in the Letter of Chuzhou Urban and Rural Planning and Construction Committee on Lease and Use of Tongchuang Company's Factory Building for Longji Leye 5GW Single Crystal Module Project, and actively cooperate with the adjustment of urban planning.

2. The project implements rain and sewage diversion and clean-up diversion, and regulates the setting of sewage outlets. Domestic sewage, softening and preparation wastewater and land washing wastewater must meet the third-class standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978- 1996) after being treated by septic tanks, and ammonia nitrogen is discharged into Chuzhou according to the relevant standards of Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharged into Urban Sewers (GB/T 3 1962-20 15).

3. The welding waste gas of this project is collected by the gas collecting hood, purified and dusted by the welding fume purifier, treated by the activated carbon purification device, and discharged from the exhaust pipe with the height of 15m and 1-8 #. The stratified waste gas is collected by the gas collecting hood, then connected to the activated carbon purification device for treatment, and discharged from the exhaust pipes with the height of 15m and 1-8 #. Welding smoke and dust shall meet the secondary standard and unorganized emission limit requirements in Table 2 of Comprehensive Emission Standard of Air Pollutants (GB 16297- 1996), and VOCS shall meet the Emission Control Standard of Volatile Organic Compounds for Industrial Enterprises in Tianjin (DB12/524-20/KLOC-0). The lampblack emission in the canteen shall be subject to the relevant standard limits in "Cooking fume emission standard (Trial)" (GB 18483-200 1). 1 #-4 # workshop shall be set with an environmental protection distance of 100 meters, and sensitive buildings shall not be built within the environmental protection distance.
