Food purchase and sale account system
In order to strengthen the supervision and management of the whole process of food purchase, sale and storage, and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, the following systems are formulated:
1. When purchasing food and its raw materials, food producers and operators should ask suppliers for hygiene licenses, industrial and commercial business licenses (photocopies), product inspection certificates or inspection reports;
2. When purchasing health food, imported health food, irradiated food and new resource food, you should also obtain the relevant health permit approval (copy) from the health department;
3. When purchasing fresh (frozen) meat, you should obtain a quarantine certificate for animal products, or check whether the carcass is stamped with an effective inspection seal. When purchasing imported fresh (frozen) meat and its products, you should obtain a quarantine certificate for entry-exit animal products.
iv. truthfully record the purchase time, source, name, specification and quantity of each food; Engaged in wholesale business, but also record the name, direction, time, specifications, quantity and other contents of the food sold.
v. this system shall be implemented as of the date of issuance.
