Naixue's first store was founded in Shenzhen.

Naixue's Tea was founded by husband and wife Peng Xin and Zhao Lin, and it's parent company, Shenzhen Pindao Food & Beverage Management Co. was founded in May 2014.The first Naixue's Tea Drinks store was opened in Shenzhen in November 2015.The first Naixue's Tea Drinks store is located in Shenzhen, China. Today they operate 556 Naixue's Tea Drinks stores in the Chinese market, covering 66 cities in the country, plus one store in Japan. According to the Naixue's Tea prospectus, all of their stores are directly operated, with a 10.6-month payback on investment for the tea drinks stores that opened in 2018.

Founder Zhao Lin, 42, graduated from Urumqi Vocational University in 2001, majoring in financial management.He worked at Burger King Foods (Shenzhen) Co. from January 2010 to May 2011, and as a development manager at Maxim's Foods (Shenzhen) Co. from May 2011 to January 2016.In May 2014, he and his wife, Peng Xin, founded Shenzhen Pindao Management Company.After leaving Maxim's in January 2016, he managed Naishue's Tea full time.
