Father Wang Yiquan is a peasant-born veteran of the Red Army who participated in the Long March. He used to be the vice chairman of Xizang Autonomous Region and the deputy director of Otsu Forest Industry Bureau.

According to public information, Lin Lianzhang (1917-2011) is a native of Linjiazhuang, Longyao County, Hebei Province. Wang Jianlin's father Wang Yiquan was born in 19 1 1, six years older than Lin Lianzhang. He joined the Red Army in 1933, two years before Lin Lianzhang. Lin Lianzhang participated in the Five Rivers Campaign in Huaibei, Lingbi Campaign, Jinpu Road Campaign, Sixian Campaign, Suihai Campaign, Huaihai Campaign and Crossing the River Campaign.

Won the third-class medal of independence and freedom and the third-class medal of liberation. 1September 1955, awarded the rank of colonel;1June 1960, promoted to the rank of senior colonel. He died on 20 1 1 and was buried in Gongde Garden, Yuhuatai, Nanjing.
