How is the latest policy of the Yangtze River fishing ban for ten years stipulated?
1, the productive fishing of natural fishery resources is prohibited.
Notice on the scope and time of closed fishing in key waters of the Yangtze River basin, announcing the implementation of the ten-year closed fishing plan of the Yangtze River from June 65438+ 10/June 2020. According to the circular, the natural waters of the main stream and important tributaries of the Yangtze River, except the aquatic nature reserve and the aquatic germplasm conservation zone, will be temporarily closed to fishing for 10 years at the latest, during which the productive fishing of natural fishery resources is prohibited.
2. It is urgent to crack down on electric fishing in an all-round way.
After the ban on fishing in the Yangtze River came into effect, "regular" fishing boats disappeared on the river, but many "three noes" boats still swaggered on the river, especially those electric fishing boats with "electric trawls" at the stern or long tentacles at the bow, which caused great damage to ecological resources! A ten-year ban on fishing can't just ban "licensed" fishermen, but let these illegal fishermen take advantage of the loopholes!
No fishing. Can you fish?
It is understood that fishing is not allowed in the Yangtze River during the fishing ban, and you may face a fine if you steal during the fishing ban.
In the next decade, it seems that many fishermen lost their income, but in fact, in today's society, there are many opportunities. Even if they don't rely on fishing for a living, they can choose other outlets, such as aquaculture, which not only becomes the protector of fishery resources, but also has a fixed source of funds, so they don't have to rely on luck to fish every day.
