according to the regulations on environmental protection management of construction projects, after the completion of a construction project, the construction unit shall apply to the competent administrative department of environmental protection that examines and approves the environmental impact report, environmental impact report form or environmental impact registration form of the project for the completion acceptance of the environmental protection facilities that need to be built for the project; For a construction project that needs trial production, the construction unit shall, within 3 months from the date when the construction project is put into trial production, apply for the completion and acceptance of the environmental protection facilities that need to be built for the project.

1. Scope of work: Nanchang Environmental Protection Bureau is responsible for the completion and acceptance of environmental protection facilities of construction projects approved by Nanchang Environmental Protection Bureau (or entrusted by Jiangxi Environmental Protection Bureau), including:

1. Productive industrial projects

2. Catering industry, hotel industry, bathing industry, dyeing industry, entertainment service industry, photography and printing industry, hospitals, sanatoriums and other service industries that may cause pollution.

3. Municipal engineering and water conservancy projects

4. Construction projects and regional development projects

2. Application materials:

When the construction unit applies for environmental protection acceptance, Please submit the following materials:

1. Report on the application for acceptance by the construction unit

2. Report and reply on the environmental impact of the project

3. Monitoring report of the environmental monitoring department

4. Application report form for the completion acceptance of environmental protection facilities of the construction project

5. Report on the implementation of environmental protection for the completion of the construction project and related technical data

6. Operation record of environmental protection facilities

3. Working procedures: window acceptance → on-site reconnaissance → the construction unit entrusts a qualified environmental monitoring department recognized by the competent administrative department of environmental protection to monitor → the construction unit submits an environmental monitoring report and other materials → data review → on-site acceptance → issuance of environmental acceptance opinions

IV. Processing time limit The competent administrative department of environmental protection shall complete the acceptance within 11 working days from the date of receiving the monitoring report on the completion acceptance of environmental protection facilities submitted by the construction unit. (Note: If the relevant materials such as the completion acceptance of environmental protection facilities submitted by the construction unit do not meet the requirements, the time for revision and improvement shall not be included in the time limit for completion acceptance. )

5. The supervision and management office of Nanchang Environmental Protection Bureau is responsible for the completion and acceptance procedures of environmental protection facilities of construction projects.
