flue pipe is a tubular device for discharging waste gas and smoke, and residential flue refers to a vertical pipe product used for discharging kitchen smoke or toilet exhaust gas, also known as exhaust duct, ventilation duct and residential exhaust duct.

application principle

when the flue gas at the air inlet is discharged into the flue, it will meet the flue gas discharged upward from the lower floor. When the two airflow meet, it will form a vortex and an air curtain, which will hinder the upward movement of the flue gas at the lower floor. Once the fire check valve is stuck by oil, the flue gas will string smoke indoors because of the upward movement.

in order to overcome the above technical problems of smoke and odor, the solution adopted is to use the principle of dynamic-static pressure conversion (Bernoulli theorem) of aerodynamics, and the combined variable-pressure fire-resistant flue developed by Jiangsu Ziwei Institute of Building Technology, and install patented variable-pressure check components for gas extraction and accelerating airflow in the flue to make the flue gas complete the dynamic-static pressure conversion at a specific position.

Make the exhaust port of the kitchen or toilet where the smoke exhauster cannot be turned on in a negative pressure state, and use the principle of Bernoulli's theorem to form a suction force, so as to eliminate the eddy current and air blocking curtain, and solve the problem of odor and odor in the exhaust duct.
