The 6th National Cooking Skills Competition in Guangxi and the 3rd Guangxi Ethnic and Local Cuisine Competition (Innovative Guangxi Cuisine) were held in Nanning from February 21th to 21th, 2118. The team of Nanning No.1 Vocational and Technical School consists of four teachers: Mao Yongxing, Meng Zhizhong, Li Zhefeng and Lin Fangmao. Among them, the pastry "proud as a peacock" made by teacher Mao Yongxing won the gold medal in pastry making, and "Flavor Colorless Glutinous Rice" won the silver medal in pastry making; The cold spell "The Eagle Spreads its Wings" made by the teacher in Mengzhong Middle School won the silver prize in the cold spell project.
