On behalf of the Chamber of Commerce, I would like to take this opportunity to report to you on the growth process of Hubei Chamber of Commerce in Sichuan Province and some recent major measures:

In July 2119, with the care and support of the leaders of Hubei and Sichuan provinces, the Chamber of Commerce was formally established. Su Xiaoyun, member of the Standing Committee of Hubei Provincial Party Committee and director of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee, Chen Cichang, vice chairman of Sichuan Provincial Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, personally presided over the unveiling ceremony of the Chamber of Commerce. The conference elected Comrade Chen Mingquan as the first president and Comrade Wan Fakuan as the secretary-general, and invited Lieutenant General Shao Nong, former deputy political commissar of Chengdu Military Region, General Wang Shilin, former minister of Chengdu Military Region Joint Service Department, and General Tan Zhenya, vice minister of Chengdu Military Region Joint Service Department, and other respected and Hubei-born people in Chengdu as senior consultants of the Chamber of Commerce. under the leadership of President Chen Mingquan and Secretary-General Wan Fakuan, the first Chamber of Commerce has obtained the first-class corporate qualification recognized by the national civil affairs department. Up to now, the Chamber of Commerce has developed more than 1,511 members, including more than 81 vice-president members, with members spread all over Sichuan and involved in many industries, such as construction

installation, building materials, food, real estate, finance, clothing, trade department stores, education, Internet and so on. According to the different demands of members, this Chamber of Commerce guided the establishment of Shiyan Chamber of Commerce, Xiaogan Chamber of Commerce and Yichang Chamber of Commerce according to their native place. Chengwenqiong Branch and Deyang Branch were established according to regional distribution, and building materials chamber of commerce and auto parts chamber of commerce were established according to the nature of member industries. In order to adapt to the development of the new Internet economy and meet the needs of entrepreneurs in Sichuan and Hubei, an entrepreneurial branch was also established.

This Chamber of Commerce has mainly done the following work in its daily affairs:

1. As a folk window of Hubei Province in Sichuan, it accepts the work guidance of relevant institutions in Hubei Province and provides convenience for the Hubei provincial government in Sichuan affairs. The Chamber of Commerce has received Song Yuying, Chairman of Hubei Provincial Political Consultative Conference, Zhao Bin, Vice Governor, Su Xiaoyun, Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Provincial Party Committee, and dozens of visits from leaders from various places, cities and states.

The recent main achievements include the development and investment promotion, operation management of the first, second and third phases of Pengzhou Garment City, Shuangliu Auto Parts Industry City Project and Tianfu New District Education Industrial Park Project. In addition, actively participated in the government's investment promotion work and assisted in the completion of the investment promotion project of Shenlong Automobile Chengdu Factory with an investment of 15 billion yuan; Assist in introducing huaxin cement Chuandong Project with an investment of 3 billion yuan (including Qujiang Cement Plant and Wanyuan Cement Plant). The Chamber of Commerce also took the initiative to participate in the activities of giving back to Hubei's hometown. In 2114, the Chamber of Commerce was also invited to Mianyang to participate in the key economic construction projects of Mianyang Municipal Government:

On the occasion of the 81th anniversary of the victory of the Red Army's three main forces in the Long March, the Red Fourth Army, as one of the three main forces of the Red Army, was born in Hong 'an, Hubei Province, and established the second largest revolutionary base area (Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area) in the same period. As a hometown of the Red Army, I propose that it be planned by the Chamber of Commerce today.
