Nailun International Trade is located in plot B- 19 on the south side of the middle section of Xiangluowan Business District, Binhai New Area, Tianjin Development Zone, with Haihe River in the east, Wanshun Road in the south and Binhe West Road in the west. The project covers an area of about 9708_, mainly including business offices, hotels, apartments, businesses and supporting facilities. The project has four floors underground and the depth of foundation pit is 20m. The ground consists of two towers, Block A has 22 floors, with a main structure height of 93.900 meters and Block B has 39 floors, with a main structure height of 158.600 meters ... Within the height range of 5-9 floors above ground, Block A and Block B are connected by a long-span steel reinforced concrete floor structure, and the floors above ground 10 ~ 15 are made of steel structures. The total construction area of this project is about150,000 _, of which the underground part is about 40,000 _, and the aboveground part is about1100,000 _. Post-grouting concrete cast-in-place pile is adopted, and the frame-core tube structure is adopted. Its asymmetric twin-tower structure belongs to the over-limit complex high-rise building.

The main features of structural design are as follows:

(1) The planes of Tower A and Tower B are both complex polygons. The dense column frame system is adopted to adapt to the change of building facade, and the seismic performance of this kind of structure is deeply analyzed.

(2) The transfer part of Tower A is above 18 stories, and the transfer part of Tower B is above 35 stories ... The transfer truss made of concrete filled steel tube is adopted, and the upper column of the beam extends downward as a vertical web member, with the same cross-sectional size as the upper column. Truss transfer not only meets the stiffness of transfer members, but also meets the needs of personnel and equipment passage between upper and lower chord layers. The arrangement direction of inclined web members makes the members mainly under compression.

(4) The conjoined part of Tower A and Tower B has a large span, and strong connection is adopted within the height range of 4 ~ 9 floors. The conjoined structure adopts variable cross-section steel reinforced concrete beams.

(5) The equivalent section design method of concrete special-shaped columns is proposed.

(6) The dynamic response of long-span connected structures is calculated, and the vibration comfort is analyzed according to international standards.

(7) For floors above 9 floors, sliding bearings are used between the weak connection part and towers A and B, rubber pad bearings are set at the end of the connecting steel bridge, anti-falling devices are used, and seismic joints are set between the weak connection part and towers A and B. ..
