Beidaihe District: all roads east of Xinbaotong Road-Lianfeng North Road-West Expressway South, Xinhe Road-Haining Road Northwest, Haibei Road-Xitan Road.

Shanhaiguan District: East of Shihe East Road, south of 102 National Road, and west of all roads from Guancheng East Road to Shanghai Road.

Development Zone: All roads in the west of West Ring Road, south of Heilongjiang Road, east of Qilian Mountain Road and north of Qilian Mountain South Road.

Beidaihe New District: Nanyue Avenue (from Xianghaiwan intersection of old coastal road to the front of Nandaihe Entertainment Center) and New Coastal Road (from Yanghe Bridge to Xianghaiwan intersection).

Restricted sections: Binhai Avenue, Longhai Avenue, East of Donggang Road, Qinhuang Street and Daihe Street.
