Control requirements:

1. Set monitoring posts at key points, deploy epidemic prevention personnel, and be responsible for the health check-ups such as Su Kang code, trip code, negative certificate of 24-hour nucleic acid test and sampling records of the day.

2. supermarkets, restaurants and other street shops in the temporary management area should strictly implement the prevention and control requirements of "four inspections, one test and one sweep". Internet cafes, theaters, foot bath shops, ear-picking shops, bars, KTV, chess rooms, mahjong parlors, beauty salons, board games rooms, script killings, secret room escapes and other closed places are closed. Villages and community clubs are closed.

3. The general public should strengthen their personal protection when traveling. When taking buses, taxis and internet taxis, they must wear masks, check their health codes, travel cards, negative reports of nucleic acid testing within 24 hours, and proof of nucleic acid sampling on the same day.

4. All foreign Kunming personnel from the province take the initiative to report to their villages and communities in a timely manner and cooperate with them to take various epidemic prevention and control measures such as "landing inspection", "three inspections in three days" and "four noes".

5. Residents in the temporary management area should consciously obey the requirements of community management, strictly abide by the regulations on epidemic prevention and control, do daily protection, carry out normalized nucleic acid detection according to the specified frequency, wear masks scientifically, wash hands frequently, ventilate frequently, and keep a social distance of 1 meters.

6. From February 1, 2122, some buses in the temporary management area will be operated by jumping stations, which shall be subject to the prompt on the electronic display screen of the bus platform, and the recovery time will be notified separately.
