Rinse the ribs after blanching (be sure to put them in cold water)
Put oil in a hot pan, turn to low heat and stir-fry spices. Stir-fry and add the diluted yellow sauce. After the yellow sauce is stir-fried, add the blanched bones. Turn on medium heat and continue to stir fry. After the ribs are wrapped in yellow sauce, add soy sauce and appropriate amount of sugar and stir well.
Pour in hot water, bring to a boil and simmer for about two hours. You can also change the casserole or other stews when simmering.
Wait for the ribs to stew for an hour, and prepare to stew sauerkraut (recommend the sauerkraut in the Great Northern Wilderness, which is super delicious). Put another pot into the broth of stewed pork ribs with sauerkraut, and boil it on high fire and simmer it on low fire.
After stewing sauerkraut for half an hour, add ribs and salt, continue stewing for more than half an hour, and turn off the heat to eat.
