Perhaps in the eyes of many people, doing small business earns more and working hours are relatively free. But in fact, this is not entirely the case. In most cases, the benefits of working are more than doing small business. The specific points are as follows:
1, low risk
As long as you do business, there will be risks and there is no perfect solution. Therefore, while enjoying the super-high income it may bring, we should also accept the possibility of loss.
Work is different. Generally speaking, you don't need to invest, and you can get much return by paying as much labor. Therefore, I think that for most people with relatively average family conditions and little savings, if they choose to do business, they must carefully consider and invest rationally.
2. Stability
Any business can't be in a state forever. For example, clothing business can be divided into off-season and peak season. So in this state, it is difficult to maintain a stable income. Especially in the current epidemic, many real economies have been affected, and even some catering industries and clothing industries have declared bankruptcy, while working is relatively less affected. So from a stable point of view, it is also better to work.
3. Good welfare guarantee
Now, whether it is a state-owned enterprise or a private enterprise, most enterprises that are not particularly small in scale will provide employees with five insurances and one gold.
These may not seem like a lot at ordinary times, but they can still be of great use when you are sick or buy a house. In contrast, doing business does not have these welfare guarantees.
4. Inner peace
Doing small business seems to be free working hours, but it is not free. On the contrary, it takes more time and energy than work.
Take the example around me. My aunt is in the clothing business for nearly 20 years. Her family's business is better, and she did make some money. But basically 365 days a year is all year round, and there is no time to help children learn. Therefore, I think it is more worry-free to do small business.
That's all my views. Choosing a small business or a part-time job depends on my actual situation. Any thoughtful decision deserves respect!
