(6) large-scale material storage units and large-scale business centers;

(7) educational, scientific research and medical institutions and large-scale cultural and sports venues;

(8) museums, archives and national key cultural relics protection units;

(9) units that develop, produce, sell and store dangerous goods or experiment and preserve infectious strains and viruses;

(11) key pollution sources;

(11) Public transport vehicles and Internet cafes;

(12) important parts such as the entrances and exits of hotels and large underground parking lots and main passages;

(13) other key units, places and parts of public security as determined by the people's governments at or above the county level.

the technical defense system that should be installed as stipulated in the preceding paragraph shall be invested and constructed by the units belonging to the places and parts, and shall be subject to the guidance and supervision of the public security organs.

Article 11 The corresponding technical defense systems shall be installed in squares, parks, main roads, road sections and intersections in public security complex areas, underground pedestrian walkways, overpasses, tunnels, subways, large bridges, and main streets in towns and villages, road sections and intersections in public security complex areas, etc.

the technical defense system required to be installed in the preceding paragraph shall be invested and constructed by the people's governments of cities and counties (cities) under the provincial jurisdiction, and shall be managed, used and maintained by the public security organs.
