Is it legal for hotels not to be monitored?

Legal analysis: It is legal, and it is not mandatory to install monitoring and technical defense equipment in catering. However, those compulsory public places such as hotels, schools and residential areas must be monitored. At present, the management department requires all public places to install monitoring systems for the safety management of public places. Although the use of monitoring systems can still help the management of restaurants, it is not mandatory to install them.
