1. Prepare documents and materials required for issuing invoices, including company business license, tax registration certificate, purchase list, etc.

2. Log on to China State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China website and enter the electronic invoice platform.

3. Select "VAT Ordinary Invoice" on the electronic invoice platform and fill in relevant information.

4. After checking that the information is correct, click "Confirm Invoicing" to generate an electronic invoice.

5. Download and save the electronic invoice, print it out at the same time, and affix the official seal of the company.
