Quanzhou T Taoyuan Music, Film and Television Cultural Consumption Complex was listed as a provincial-level cultural industrial park by the Fujian provincial government. The total construction area is 25,000 square meters, and the architectural style is Minnan architecture, which is divided into four blocks: film and television music center, living art center, special catering center and national music base star bar. Taoyuan is mainly composed of four buildings.

Building 0 1 is the literature center, located in the northeast of the base, with three floors of the main building; According to the spatial layout of the art center, set up a variety of business premises, develop a multi-level film market, give full play to the advantages of the film industry to promote the development of related industries. Five-star digital cinemas will be introduced to play digital movies, and the projection equipment can also provide value-added services for cinemas, such as real-time broadcast of major sports competitions, cultural performances and distance education. The digital cinema line introduced by T Taoyuan will change the single mode of Quanzhou cinema screening, break the old pattern and turn it into a real-time, multi-functional, multi-channel and multi-directional business model.

Building 02 is a music center and creative center, located in the northwest of the base and transformed from two existing old factories. The factory on the west side is the music center, with trendy music show, music oxygen bar, star dream experience hall and so on. The factory building on the east side has been transformed into a creative center with creative product shops and apartments.

Building 03 is a star bar and a large disco, located in the southwest of the base. Taking the songs and images of famous first-line original pop singers in China as the core resources, we can carefully design celebrity-themed bars, or establish star-themed bars with the theme of famous singers. Due to different styles and different decoration concepts, different music elements and decoration styles can be customized according to specific songs and singers.

Building 04 is a dining center, located in the southeast of the base. It consists of two parts. In order to fully protect and make use of the natural landscape of the moat, a four-story building with a food street and a restaurant was set up along the river. On the east side of the base, there is also a leisure dining area for snacks, coffee, tea art, desserts and other formats to meet the space needs of commercial operations.
