Business license refers to the business license issued by the registration authority to the company on behalf of the state. According to the Company Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the business license of a legally established company shall be issued by the company registration authority. The date of issuance of the business license of the company is the date of establishment of the company. The company's business license shall specify the company's name, domicile, registered capital, business scope, name of legal representative, etc. Where the matters recorded in the company's business license change, the company shall register the change according to law, and the company registration authority shall replace the business license. Business licenses are divided into originals and duplicates, which have the same legal effect. Companies engaged in business activities must obtain business licenses according to law. The company has obtained the legal operation right and the right to engage in business activities from the date of obtaining the business license. The company shall engage in production and business activities within the scope stipulated in the business license. Engaging in business activities in violation of the registered contents of the business license constitutes an administrative violation and should be punished accordingly, but it does not necessarily affect the effectiveness of the company's signing of the contract. So generally speaking, the business license is the birth certificate and identity card of the legal person.

Any unit or individual engaged in food production and marketing activities shall apply for a hygiene license, and meet the requirements of relevant food hygiene laws, regulations, rules, standards and norms, and have the conditions suitable for its food production and marketing activities.
