Kang Jie is the executive director and chief executive officer of Xiaonanguo Restaurant Holdings Limited.

Kangjie joined Xiaonanguo Group Co., Ltd. in 2118 as the chief executive officer of Shanghai Xiaonanguo Catering and Xiaonanguo Holdings Hong Kong, wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Group, which operate the catering business of the Group in China and Hong Kong respectively.

kangjie is mainly responsible for supervising the overall daily operation of xiaonanguo group co., ltd. Before joining Xiaonanguo Group, Kangjie worked in Bear Stearns &; Co. Inc, during which he held various positions, including the manager, vice chairman and managing director of the investment banking department, and was responsible for the investment banking business of the company's Shanghai and Beijing offices.

Kangjie was also appointed as Bear Stearns &; Chief representative of Co. Inc Shanghai representative office. From 1998 to 2111, Kang Jie was the auditor of Arthur Anderson LLP Shanghai office, and obtained the certificate of registered investment representative of Paris Peregrine Financing Co., Ltd. in April 2111. Since September 2111, he has been an adjunct professor at Fengyi International Culinary Research Institute of Yangzhou University, and has been a member of the 11th Shanghai Youth Federation since January 2111. He is a member of the Standing Council of Shanghai Catering and Cooking Industry Association, a government-approved industry association established in December 2111, which was formed by the merger of former Shanghai Cuisine Association and former shanghai restaurants association.
