2. Acceptance: The Market Supervision Bureau will review the materials in the window and accept the materials that are complete and meet the acceptance conditions.
3. Audit: The Potou District Market Supervision Administration of Zhanjiang City conducts data and on-site audit and approval within the statutory processing time.
4. Obtaining results: The applicant goes to the window of Market Supervision Administration Bureau of Potou District Administrative Service Center to obtain relevant documents.
Legal basis: Article 35 of the Food Safety Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), producers of edible agricultural products shall use agricultural inputs such as pesticides, fertilizers, growth regulators, veterinary drugs, feeds and feed additives in accordance with food safety standards and relevant state regulations. Edible agricultural products production enterprises and farmers' specialized cooperative economic organizations shall establish a production record system for edible agricultural products.
Agricultural administrative departments at or above the county level shall strengthen the management and guidance on the use of agricultural inputs, and establish and improve the safe use system of agricultural inputs.
