In this regard, the relevant person in charge of the provincial capital entrepreneurship guidance center said: all entrepreneurs and teams who are permanent residents in Hebei, hold the Employment and Unemployment Registration Certificate and have certain entrepreneurial conditions (with clear entrepreneurial plans and entrepreneurial projects) can apply for residence. After being approved by experts, they can enter the incubation base for no more than 3 years.

After check-in, entrepreneurs can enjoy certain rental subsidies and a series of entrepreneurial services such as free entrepreneurial guidance, financing services, management consulting, entrepreneurial training, business agency and legal aid.
