I. Scope and conditions of application

Second, the registration method

1. The school will conduct a preliminary examination of their qualifications, take photos on the spot and collect electronic photos of candidates. Others may not register on their behalf.

2. The teacher positions selected by graduates should be consistent with their majors, and each graduate is limited to one position.

3. The qualification examination is the responsibility of the school and the personnel department of the Municipal Education Bureau.

Four. Examination content and employment method

The examination includes the initial examination and the second examination, with each score of 100. The preliminary written test mainly covers pedagogy, psychology, teaching theory, teaching materials and methods, educational laws and regulations and the basic requirements of teachers' professional ethics. According to the initial test results, according to the order of the school's scores from high to low, and according to the ratio of the number of people in the recruitment plan 1: 3, the re-test personnel are determined. The second interview takes the form of interview and trial lecture (***20 minutes). Finally, the total score is calculated according to the initial test score of 40% and the retest score of 60%. If the number of applicants for this subject is less than 1: 3 at the time of qualification examination, the number of candidates for this subject and the employment plan shall be reduced accordingly.

Excellent graduates at the provincial level and party member (including party member) are preferred under the same circumstances.

According to the total test scores, according to the order from high scores to low scores in all subjects of each school, and according to the proportion of the number of people to be recruited 1: 1, the candidates to be hired are determined. The Municipal Education Bureau will organize the physical examination of the personnel to be employed and those who have no graduation physical examination certificate. Vacancies caused by unqualified examinations and physical examinations will not be filled.
