The park was transformed from the old factory building of Shanghai Automobile Brake Factory, which was built in 1970s. Architectural design, design consultation, film production, fashion shops and leisure restaurants gather here, becoming a platform for the exchange, promotion and dissemination of creative industries at home and abroad and a multi-functional fashion creation center. The earliest national iron and steel enterprises, the earliest foreign yarn mills, the earliest waterworks and the earliest gas heating plants in China are the earliest symbols of the industrial civilization of the Chinese nation.
