From October 29, the public places in the whole region will be strictly enforced. Citizens entering entertainment places, cinemas, indoor swimming pools, theaters, bars, gyms, Internet cafes, billiard halls, chess and cards rooms, mahjong halls, secret escape rooms, foot bath shops, beauty massage parlors, hair salons, bathing centers, scenic spots, cultural centers, libraries, museums and other closed and semi-closed places need to hold negative nucleic acid test certificates within 48 hours or sampling certificates within 24 hours. Food in restaurants in the whole region is restricted by 75%.

public premises units and residential property departments should implement the main responsibility of epidemic prevention and control, set up eye-catching and clear site codes and tips for wearing masks at the entrance, strictly carry out temperature measurement, mask wearing, site code scanning, travel card and nucleic acid detection certificate or record inspection, prohibit people with abnormal temperature or without masks and health code red and yellow, and register and report to the local community at the first time.
