Article 1 In order to strengthen the handling of the deliberations of the Standing Committee of the Hohhot Municipal People's Congress (hereinafter referred to as the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress), to standardize the handling procedures and to enhance the handling of the actual effect, in accordance with the Supervision Law of the Standing Committees of the People's Congresses at All Levels of the Chinese People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Work of the Standing Committee of the Hohhot Municipal People's Congress, and other relevant laws and regulations, and in conjunction with the reality , the formulation of this method. Article 2 Deliberations refer to the opinions and suggestions on the work of the Municipal People's Government, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court and the Municipal People's Procuratorate put forward by the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress at its meetings after listening to and deliberating on the special work reports of the Municipal People's Government, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court and the Municipal People's Procuratorate, as well as listening to and deliberating on the reports on the law-enforcement inspections of the Municipal People's Congress. Article 3 Deliberations by the relevant special committee of the municipal people's congress according to the members of the standing committee, attendees of the deliberation of the speech, law enforcement inspection reports, inspection reports, research reports to formulate the first draft, after the general office of the summary of the collation, reported to the director of the standing committee of the municipal people's congress, or entrusted to the deputy director of the issuance.

Deliberations shall be objective and comprehensive, in line with reality, and operable. Deliberations include: the overall evaluation of a certain aspect of work; the outstanding problems in the work; the improvement of opinions and suggestions; the requirements to achieve the goal and time limit for completion and other necessary content. Article 4 Deliberations shall be sent by letter from the General Office of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress to the General Office of the Municipal People's Government, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court or the Municipal People's Procuratorate, with a copy to the relevant specialized committees, within ten days after the end of the meeting of the Standing Committee.

In the issuance of the municipal people's congress standing committee on the law enforcement inspection report of the deliberation, the law enforcement inspection report shall be sent together with the letter. Article 5 the municipal people's government, the municipal intermediate people's court, the municipal people's procuratorate in the municipal people's congress after receiving the deliberation of the standing committee of the municipal people's congress, shall seriously study, formulate rectification programs, take rectification measures, and conscientiously improve their work, and within two months to the municipal people's congress standing committee to report to the rectification in writing. Before reporting to the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress on the rectification of the situation, the research and processing of the deliberation shall be sent to the relevant specialized committees of the Municipal People's Congress or the relevant working bodies of the Standing Committee by their offices for comments. The written report shall be signed by the principal person in charge of the processing organization. Processing time is calculated from the date of issuance. Article 6 The special working reports and deliberations heard by the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, and the reports of the Municipal People's Government, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, and the Municipal People's Procuratorate on the study and handling of the deliberations, shall be notified by the General Office of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress of the delegates of the People's Congress at their respective levels and publicized. Article 7 Specialized committees of the Municipal People's Congress are responsible for the supervision of the deliberations. This includes:

(1) carrying out reminders, requesting the handling organs and relevant departments to rectify the situation on schedule and providing feedback on the results of the handling;

(2) listening to the reports of the handling organs and relevant departments on the handling of the situation;

(3) organizing the deputies of the people's congresses to carry out inspections and investigations to learn about the situation of the handling of the situation, if necessary;

(4) within fifteen days of the communication of the report on the handling of the deliberations (d) within fifteen days after the communication of the report on the handling of the deliberation, the handling of the work to put forward satisfactory, basically satisfactory or unsatisfactory review opinion. Article 8 The General Office of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress is responsible for the supervision of the handling of deliberations. It includes:

(1) issuing letters of deliberation and supervising the handling of deliberation opinions and replies;

(2) submitting the report on the handling of deliberation opinions to the relevant specialized committees of the Municipal People's Congress for review;

(3) summarizing the review opinions of the specialized committees of the Municipal People's Congress on the handling of opinions to form a Supervisory Bulletin, which shall be examined and approved by the Secretary General, and shall be submitted to the Director or the Deputy Director of the Municipal People's Congress for signature and issuance of a letter. Article 9 If the review opinion is satisfactory or basically satisfactory, the handling of the case shall be completed. If the review opinion is unsatisfactory, it shall be sent back for re-processing, and the processing period shall be two months. Report again is still unsatisfactory, the municipal people's congress standing committee shall continuously supervise until the problem is solved. Article 10 The Municipal People's Government, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, the Municipal People's Procuratorate in the work of handling the review opinions, such as the existence of the following circumstances, the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress shall respectively put forward opinions on the handling of the situation:

(1) shirking responsibilities, not actively rectify, not within the prescribed time limit to report the handling of the situation, the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress of the report of handling of the review opinions expressed dissatisfaction, can be the relevant organs and the direct The person responsible shall be criticized and ordered to make corrections within a certain period of time and report again on the handling of the situation;

(2) If the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress expresses dissatisfaction with the report on the handling of the deliberation twice, it may notify and criticize the organ concerned or the person directly responsible, and instruct the organ concerned to hold the person directly responsible responsible responsible accountable. Its handling situation shall be reported to the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress within thirty days from the date of referral. Article XI of these measures shall come into force on the date of publication.
