2. Keep your hands clean during operation and wash them before operation. Hands should also be disinfected when touching direct food.
3. When the operator enters the special room, he/she should change his/her special work clothes and wear a mask again. Before operation, his/her hands should be cleaned and disinfected strictly, and his/her hands should be disinfected in due course. Do not wear the work clothes and hats in the special room to engage in work unrelated to the operation in the special room. ? 4. Personal clothes and personal belongings shall not be brought into the food processing area. ? 5. Smoking, eating and other behaviors that may pollute food are not allowed in the food processing area. ?
6. Non-processing operators entering the food processing area shall meet the hygiene requirements of on-site operators.
