(1) The tax office receives the information, checks whether the information is complete, conforms to the legal form, and whether the content of the fill-in is complete, and issues the Information Sheet for Issuance of Special VAT Invoices in Red Characters with the number of the Information Sheet for Issuance of Special VAT Invoices in Red Characters instantly if it conforms; if it does not conform, informs the applicant once on the spot; if it does not conform, informs the applicant once on the spot.
