Preparation materials: mutton, ginger, onion, salt, spiced onion oil, barbecue material and Chili powder.
1. Wash the mutton and dry it, or don't cut it with a large cross knife, as shown in the figure below.
second, shred the prepared onion and ginger with a kitchen knife and set aside for later use, as shown in the figure below.
third, put the cut mutton into a pot, add salt and barbecue powder, as shown in the figure below.
fourth, add onion and ginger, pour a spoonful of sesame oil, and rub it evenly by hand repeatedly, as shown in the figure below.
5. Then set aside to marinate for more than 4 hours, so that the mutton has been marinated, and just sprinkle some Chili powder when roasting.
