Disinfection methods of tableware and tools should be the first choice.
Thermal disinfection. Cleaning, disinfection and cleaning of tableware should be carried out in strict accordance with the order of "deslagging, washing with detergent, rinsing with clear water, disinfection and cleaning". Tableware should be disinfected by thermal method first. If it is disinfected by chemical drugs, at least the procedure of "one wash, two disinfections and three washes" should be adopted.
