The basic criteria for evaluating a business plan are:
1. A successful business plan should have a good start-up plan. Is the plan simple and very easy to understand and follow.
2. Whether the plan is specific and modest, whether the plan includes specific dates and specific people responsible for specific projects as well as a budget.
3, the plan should be objective, sales estimates, cost budget, whether objective and accurate.
4. Whether the plan is complete, including all the elements, and whether the connection is smooth.
Contents of the business plan:
The business plan should reflect the operator's understanding of the project and the success of the grasp, it should highlight the core competitiveness of the operator; at least reflect the operator how to create their own competitive advantage, how to stand out in the market, how to fight for a larger market share, how to develop and expand. All kinds of "how" is to constitute the persuasive power of the business plan.
If only the vision, expectations and ignore the "how", the business plan will become a "slogan" only.
