Continuous nitrogen shielded brazing furnace

Copper brazing technology adopts green, environmental protection, high strength and high temperature brazing alloy as brazing solder. Brazing solder consists of 75% copper, 5% nickel, 15% tin and 5% phosphorus. Among them, tin and phosphorus play the role of welding AIDS, and basically volatilize and escape after the completion of the high temperature brazing process at nearly 700℃. The remaining copper and nickel form a copper-nickel alloy solder joint with high strength, high heat transfer rate, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance at the solder joint.

Compared with traditional brazing technology, copper brazing technology can improve brazing strength by nearly 3 times, heat exchange performance by 3%, corrosion resistance by 5- 10 times, work stably at 300℃, contain no lead metal, and can be recycled 100%.

The copper heat exchanger manufactured by copper brazing technology has the advantages of high strength, high heat exchange efficiency, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, long service life and lead-free pollution, and can work for a long time under harsh working conditions.
