And the exhaust flue in the kitchen area of a restaurant building is a component of a professional ventilation system, which should meet the provisions of JGJ64-2017 "Catering Building Design Standards" 5.2.4 (see the following illustration), and should be designed, made and installed by a professional equipment manufacturer.
