You can't just write "school", "Wang Moumou" and "XX village in XX town". Venue Category: Select the corresponding module; if there is no corresponding module, select "Other". Contact person: the specific person who fills in the "three lists" (small and micro enterprises, "nine small places" fill in the owner himself). Telephone number: fill in the telephone number of the specific applicant. Place address: fill in the specific address of the unit. Business scope: This item exists only in small and micro enterprises/nine small places. Please fill in the specific production, processing and business types.

3. Positioning: If the positioning system is turned on before registration and automatic positioning is successful, you can proceed to the next step. If the location is not successful or you are not in the company at the time of registration, you can use the online map to pull to the specific location of the company and hold it for a long time until the location is successful. Click the red box in the lower right corner. After completing the form, click the red box in the lower right corner to complete the registration.

4. login: enter the account number (the telephone number of the applicant when registering) and password.

5. enter the login page and fill in the person in charge of safety, the main person in charge and the contact telephone number. After the submission is successful, the person in charge and the main person in charge can log in directly with the filled mobile phone number.

6. Log in to the page, where you can conduct safety inspection, review and acceptance, check the inspection records and the establishment of three lists, and check the relevant laws and regulations in safety education.

7. click "security check" to enter this page. If there are no hidden dangers after inspection on that day, click "No hidden dangers today". If problems and hidden dangers are found after inspection, click "Hidden Danger Registration".

8. registration of hidden dangers. Inspection content: fill in the inspection content corresponding to the hidden danger position.

9. Review and acceptance. Return to the main page, click "Review and Acceptance" → Select the corresponding problem hidden danger → Click Acceptance, fill it out according to the procedure and save it. Click "Review" again, fill in the review acceptance time, review the acceptance results, and review the opinions of the person in charge of acceptance. If there is no person in charge or main person in charge, you can click on the signature, upload the corrected picture, and finally click Save. If there is no person in charge and the main person in charge, it is not necessary to fill in, but other items must be improved.
