Part I

Responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for the management and business activities of this department;

2. Establish a cost management team with the purpose of supervising and serving projects;

3. Establish cost management rules and regulations that meet the actual development needs of the company, organize their implementation and optimize them in time;

4. Take overall control of the company's project management and arrange the specific work of department employees;

5. Supervise the cost supervisor to complete the supervision and service of the cost management of each division and project department, and regularly assess the employees of the department;

6. Prepare the annual training plan, organize regular internal training and special training on cost management, and improve the overall cost management level;

Requirements:

1. Experience in cost management in a large garden company, above the manager level;

2. Be proficient in landscape architecture cost knowledge and policy documents, and have rich practical experience in cost management projects;

4. Have good professional ethics and put the interests of the company first;

5. Knowledge of PPP project operation is preferred, and certificate of cost engineer is preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Be fully responsible for reviewing and controlling the cost, budget and final accounts, bidding and contract documents of various projects of the Group according to the development strategic objectives of the Group;

2. Implement national and regional regulations on quota, budget, price and contract management, formulate departmental rules and regulations, and organize their implementation;

3. Control the investment of engineering projects, provide the basis for investment decision-making, organize the preliminary design budget, and compare the investment budget, and participate in the planning and design of the Group's real estate projects;

4. Be responsible for all bidding work of various projects of the Group, and provide professional opinions on equipment and materials;

5. Participate in sales-related area calculation, price formulation and pre-tender estimate calculation related to bidding;

6. Track and monitor the cost control in the project contract, find problems and handle them properly in time.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in civil engineering, construction engineering, project cost management, budget estimation and related majors, with the qualification of registered cost engineer;

2, more than 5 years working experience in project budget and final accounts management of real estate companies;

3. Be familiar with civil engineering quota and related budget policy documents; Familiar with bill of quantities pricing and current budget quota pricing methods, able to independently and accurately calculate engineering quantities; Familiar with the market price and construction price of related labor, equipment and materials;

4. Be familiar with the preparation and review of bidding documents, the management and control of bidding process and the drafting, negotiation and preparation of contracts;

5. Diligence and professionalism;

6. Strong leadership, communication skills, organization and coordination skills and teamwork spirit;

7. Strong team management experience, good language communication skills, negotiation skills, adaptability and organization and coordination skills.

Part III

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and improve the cost accounting and control system;

4. Decompose cost control indicators and put forward control points;

5. Be responsible for the audit and supervision of the cost budget, analysis and control operation system;

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering management or engineering cost, and more than 3 years of management experience in the same position;

2. Strong ability in cost analysis and cost control, with more than 5 years of experience in cost management of design and construction units, and experience in cost management of Party A (a large real estate company) is preferred; ;

3. Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills, and good professional ethics and working principles;
