9. Aluminum strip: 21×21mm aluminum corners are used, and the length and width are all 2mm larger than the top plexiglass board. 11. Paste the organic characters: arrange the characters on the light box according to the design, lightly check, straighten the characters, and then paste them with organic glass glue. There are two pasting methods, one is to stick the organic glue on it, and the other is to use a medical needle to suck the organic glue and gently inject the edges. 3. Unplug the plug, disconnect the power supply, and then check the original electrical appliance (live operation is prohibited); Careful inspection is required, such as the power cord entry hole, ballast input and output terminals, wires on the lamp holder, etc.
4. The size of the light box must be consistent with the size of the light guide plate, not too big or too small, so as not to affect the display effect and the heat inside the light box;
