1. "Residence (place of business)" column should be filled in with a detailed address, such as "Beijing × × × District × × Road (street) × × × No. × × × room".

(6) In case of using the houses of the organizations directly under the Central Government of China*** as residence (business premises), the housing management department of the organizations directly under the Central Government of China will issue a certificate of housing use, and at the same time certify that the use of the house does not belong to the category of residence.
(7) the use of the State Council ministries and commissions of the house as a residence (business premises), by the State Council Organs Affairs Administration of the housing management department to issue a certificate of housing use, and at the same time to prove that the use of the premises does not belong to the residential category.
(8) the use of the central enterprise's house as a residence (place of business), the enterprise's housing management department to issue a certificate of housing use, while proving that the use of the premises does not belong to the residential category.
(9) In case of using the houses of the railroad system as residence (place of business), the housing management department of the Beijing Railway Bureau shall issue a certificate of its housing use, and at the same time certify that the use of the house does not belong to the residential category.
(10) In case of using non-teaching rooms of primary and secondary schools as residence (business premises), the education commission of the district or county in which it is located shall issue an opinion agreeing to the operation.
5, housing providers approved by the registration authority with the right to rent housing business enterprises, the enterprise in the "proof of ownership" column stamped, and submit a stamped copy of the business license and a copy of the property certificate.
