Construction background
Attract Fortune 500 companies to build international real estate projects. Surrounded by clear water, four waters belong to the center of the hall, and China is superior to others.
Walking along the axis of the CBD core area to China Zun, I just stepped into the main entrance of the building: the base of the building forms a 40-meter-high giant arch, which is quite ceremonial, and the identity of China Zun landmark is also obvious.
According to the design scheme, this building has 7 floors underground and 108 floors above ground, which can accommodate three functions: office, apartment and hotel. There will be commerce underground, reaching the circular commercial space of other CBD plots and the connecting layer of the pedestrian corridor connecting the subway. Among them, there are special restaurants and bars on the top floors of the building, which can be open to the public, while the top of the highest floor is an all-glass curtain wall.
China Zun, a combination of oriental culture and advanced concepts, finally won the ticket for CITIC Group Beijing Real Estate Company for the largest plot in the CBD core area. Looking back at the bidding process after the dust settles, national enterprises hold out cultural gifts, and CITIC's victory is not only a market choice, but also a historical necessity.
