The Market Supervision Bureau has put forward six requirements for takeaway platforms

Third, is to standardize the information disclosure. The online food and beverage stores to publicize the license and other information to ensure complete, clear and easy to view.

Four, is the timely disposal of illegal stores on the network. Self-inspection found and market supervision departments to inform the illegal stores to take timely measures to deal with offline and other measures, and timely public exposure.

Fifth, is the timely and rapid disposal of consumer complaints about online ordering, the situation is true, to do a good job of first compensation.

Sixth, is to do a good job of network ordering public opinion monitoring and crisis response preparedness, timely and rapid handling of emergencies.

Application for operating value-added telecommunications business needs to meet the relevant provisions are:

Compliance with the "Chinese People's *** and State Telecommunications Regulations," the provisions of Article XIII and the following conditions:

(a) in the provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the minimum limit of its registered capital of 1 million yuan; in the whole country or across provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the minimum limit of its registered capital of 1 million yuan; in the national or cross-provincial, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, the minimum limit of its registered capital is 1 million yuan.

(ii) have feasibility study reports and relevant technical programs;

(iii) have necessary sites and facilities;

(iv) have not committed any major violations.
