Procedures:

Physical examination place: the local disease prevention and control center or the medical and health institutions that undertake preventive health examination upon approval by the health administrative department. If this work is carried out without approval, the health supervision institutions will not accept the medical examination form issued by them and issue health certificates.

1. Target

Personnel engaged in the production and management of food and drinking water, cosmetics producers, and personnel directly serving customers in public places. Anyone who suffers from digestive tract infectious diseases such as dysentery, typhoid fever and viral hepatitis (excluding pathogen carriers), active pulmonary tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative skin diseases and other diseases that hinder food hygiene and public hygiene shall not engage in food contact with the direct population or directly serve customers before being cured;

For those engaged in food production and marketing, those who supply and manage drinking water, and those who produce cosmetics; People who directly serve customers in hotels, cafes, bars, teahouses, public bathrooms, barbershops, beauty salons and swimming pools have a physical examination once a year. Personnel who directly serve customers in other places have a physical examination every two years.

II. Physical examination and accreditation process

Use the Form for Preventive Health Examination of the People's Republic of China formulated by the Ministry of Health in a unified way, and go to the health examination unit for preventive health examination according to the personnel determined by the health supervision institution.

(1) Have a physical examination before applying for a health certificate.

1. Take two one-inch color photos with ID card and personal bareheaded, receive the medical examination form, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, paste the photo (the other one is for health certificate), and fill in the basic information such as name and gender.

2. Blood collection and anal swab test in the laboratory.

3. Routine physical examination of internal medicine and surgery.

4. chest x-ray.

5. Complete all physical examination items.

(2) if the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, if the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, the health certificates will not be issued. After passing the training of health laws and regulations organized by health supervision institutions, I will take my bareheaded color photo to the health supervision office of the health bureau under my jurisdiction to apply for a health certificate.

3. Precautions

1. Blood collection should be carried out on an empty stomach before 9 am every day;

2. Avoid strenuous exercise, alcohol and meat before physical examination, so as not to affect the results of liver function test.
