Main equipment: batching preheating tank, continuous removal tower and maintenance tank.
2. Jet heating-vacuum cooling continuous sterilization process: the culture medium (culture solution) is pumped into the jet heater, sprayed from the nozzle at high speed, mixed with steam through the suction of high-speed fluid, and then enters the pipeline maintainer (maintenance tube). After a certain period of time, it enters the vacuum flash chamber through the expansion valve, and is cooled to about 70-80℃ due to the vacuum effect, and then enters the fermentation tank to cool to the inoculation temperature. Main equipment: injection heater, maintenance pipe, expansion valve and vacuum flash chamber.
3. Sterilization process of plate heat exchanger: The plate heat exchanger is used as the heating and cooling device of the culture solution, and the culture solution is preheated, sterilized and cooled simultaneously in the equipment. The heating section heats the culture solution, keeps the temperature for a period of time through the maintenance section, and then cools it in the water cooling section of the plate heat exchanger, so that the preheating, heating, sterilization and cooling processes of the culture solution can be completed in the same equipment.
